Dear Olivia, I would just like to thank you so very much for such an amazing time yesterday.  Our residents thoroughly enjoyed seeing you and hearing your beautiful voice.  There was many a complimentary comment made as we were taking our residents back to their floors.  Also our family members were full of how wonderful you are.
